Creating a landing page that links homebuyers to agents that use the Matrix Platform.
Background
First.
OneHome is an application that lets homeowners take control of their entire home buying journey from searching for a home, to buying a home and even maintaining their home after they make a purchase.
Second.
OneHome’s user base includes agents, MLSs, homebuyers, and home owners.
Problem.
It was hard to link agents who use the Matrix platform with prospective homebuyers in an engaging manner.
Objective.
Create a marketing landing page that communicates the value of OneHome to homebuyers and agents to ensure they’re using the Matrix platform.
CTA.
Encourage both agents and homebuyers to join the OneHome platform which directly funnels into Matrix, a CoreLogic product.
Our goal.
Reach & Acquire.
Educate agents, homebuyers, MLSs, on what the OneHome platform is through e-mail marketing campaigns, MasterClass video series, social media messaging, and campaign themed digital marketing campaigns driving to the landing page.
Convert.
Create an internal blog and newsletter, consumer facing videos and sharpen agent and homeowner testimonials from using this platform, focusing on why buyers need this platform.
